I’ve just been so happy with them

“Oasis is wonderful.  In fact, they did a $5,500 job for me, and then I called them back a year later, and they did another $6,300 job.  They did outdoor lighting.  They did my front yard, which was about $5,500 of lights, and then I came back and told them to do around the pool and some more in the back, and that was about $6,300.  So, I’ve spent about $12,000 with them in about 18 months.  A neighbor had chosen them originally; I asked him who did his.  The second time, they really followed through, they were easy to work with, they showed up then they said they were going to show up, they did what they said they were going to do, and I was jut very happy with them.  Actually, I had gotten a couple other names from people who said, ‘You know, why don’t you call them and get a quote, and they’ll come out?’ and I said, "No, I know who I’m dealing with, with Oasis," and I went with them again.  The only thing I’ve used them for is outdoor lighting, but I would use them over and over and over again because I’ve just been so happy with them.”

A lot of one-one-one attention

“Oasis did a very nice job.  They did quite a bit.  They laid a flagstone pathway in my front yard, and they built a flagstone patio in my backyard.  They redid all my softscape, all of my landscaping in the front and the backyard.  I have continued to use them to do more.  I like the fact they were like a small, family-owned kind of business, and that I got a lot of one-on-one personal attention.  The owner stopped by from time to time to make sure that things were going well.  I also liked that they warranted their work on plants and trees and flowers and shrubs, that kind of stuff; sometimes it doesn’t make it, and I liked the fact that if I was having a problem with something, they came right out and replaced it and fixed it without giving me a hassle, so I’ve invited them back to do sprinkler systems and lighting.  They’ve really redone most of my front and backyard.”

We were just really, really pleased

“We ended using Oasis.  We were very pleased.  They came out when they were told, and they did exactly what we had asked them to do.  The workers were very pleasant, and we felt the price was a little bit more than the lowest and a little bit less than the highest.  They were very reasonable.  We continue to use them now; we’ve been really very happy.  They have done our fall and spring start-up, and we were really happy.  What we did was call a neighbor after we had seen them listed.  We’ve just been very pleased with them. Whenever I call and want to set up an appointment, because I work, to accommodate my time schedule, they’ve gone out of their way to come after I get home from work to help me out if they can help it.  We were just really, really pleased, and they continue to be very pleasant on the phone.  When the person comes out to do estimates – because we’ve asked for some more things – he’s very honest.  He said, ‘Well, you really shouldn’t do this; it’s going to be a lot more money than we need to go for.’  That’s the service you want.  You don’t want someone taking advantage of you.  Oasis is going to work with us.  We’re going to  et rid of all of our Bermuda grass because it’s getting too shady in our area; they’re replacing it with Fescue.  That guy is going to work in conjunction with Oasis.  I called them and said, ‘I’ve got an emergency at my house; the lawn care person has just busted your pipe, and the water is all over the place.  I can’t get over there; I work too far away.  Is there someone that could go over there and shut the water off?’  And they sent someone over.”

We dealt with an Oasis rep named Jeff. He arrived at our home after our working hours to assess what we wanted and to provide an estimate, which we accepted. The job was placed on the Oasis work schedule in short order. The installation crew had many obstacles to overcome, as we had several buried drains and electrical from previous home improvements. The crew was very careful not to hit any of these objects during the installation. The installation was very successful, with no events; the area was left very clean. Jeff followed up several days later and once again met us after our work hours. He made spray head adjustments that we wanted and thoroughly explained the sprinkler system operation to us. He even said that we could call him if we had any further questions. We were very impressed with the work crew's installation and with Jeff. It was truly a job well done by Oasis!

Excellent Service and Great Follow-up

I just bought a house with an irrigation system that had faulty valve controls and broken pipes. John from Oasis came out and not only fixed the system but educated me how to use the system and how to make changes to the sprayers. I was provided with excellent customer service and personalized attention. I will be recommending Oasis to my friends.
